Are you between 16 and 21 and keen to develop your gift in leadership? Join a Onelife Learning Community (OLC)...

The Onelife OLCs are a 9 - 12 month commitment to intentionally grow in character and skill to effectively deal with the variety of relationships that you will face in your life and leadership.

You’ll join a small community facilitated by two or three of the Onelife team, meet in a variety of contexts over the year and spend time together learning, developing relationships, accountability and working out practical theology in your leadership.

What will the Onelife Learning Community achieve?

At the end of the program young leaders will graduate with a certificate in leadership development, but more importantly the OLCs have the unique opportunity to offer time and relationship in a way that other Onelife events are unable to. This will be a defining strength of the groups. As a result the OLCs are focussed on developing character and relational skills above anything else. Involvement in the Onelife Conferences will equip and develop the skills of leadership.

What’s the setting?

The 9-12 month program will run each accademic year. During the course, there will be two weekend residentials, two 24-hour intensives and attendance at a Onelife Conference.

In each OLC there will be up to 10 young people, with two or three facilitators.
